Billing FAQ

Do you pro-rate plan changes?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately via Stripe — you are charged the delta on the remaining billing period. Downgrades apply at the next cycle, no refunds for partial months.
How do AI Credits roll over?
Monthly-billed plans do not roll over — unused credits reset each cycle. Yearly plans roll over for the full 12-month period. Need more? Top up any time in the dashboard at bulk-rate pricing.
Can I cancel yearly plans mid-term?
Yes. Cancellation pauses auto-renew; you keep the plan through the paid period. Refund requests inside 30 days of payment are honored pro-rata, no questions asked.
Are taxes / VAT included in the displayed price?
Prices shown exclude tax. EU customers are billed applicable VAT (Stripe Tax); US customers see no additional tax at checkout. Enterprise invoicing supports PO + custom terms.
What counts as "zero token markup" on BYOK?
When you BYOK, your Anthropic / OpenAI / Google bill is a direct contract with the vendor — we never touch it and never charge a percentage. Our subscription covers the container, the cockpit, and the compliance layer.
